Note: Lakeview does not have an Excite/Head Start Program, students in our area attend the program at Roper Elementary School.

Excite/Head Start Program

Apply for LPS ExCite (Early Childhood Infant Toddler Educare)

When: Monday, April 20, 2009 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Where: LPS District Office, 5901 O Street Room: E102

Who: Families who have a child that is age 3 or 4 on or before October 15, 2009.

(Kindergarten aged children are not eligible to participate in the ExCITE / Head Start program.)

It is important that you bring the following items with you:

  • Certified copy of your child’s birth certificate OR, if you do not have your child’s birth certificate, other proof of your child’s identity and age (i.e., official birth records or passport).
  • Your child’s immunization records.
  • Income verification for the prior year, such as a 2008 tax return, 2008 W-2s or a check stub or other verification of assistance received.
