If you answered YES, you are eligible to apply for the Nebraska Telephone Assistance Program (NTAP).
NTAP reduces the cost of local telephone service by $10 to $13.50 per month, depending on your company’s rates. NTAP also pays �� of installation charges, up to $30.00 (i.e. if the installation charge is $34.00, NTAP pays $17.00)
