Kindergarten Registration


NOTE: Lakeview has all day Kindergarten

Please call the Lakeview Office at 436-1149 to set up a time to register.

There will also be a Jump-Start in the fall from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm on August 10th. Students will need a sack lunch for the day.

We know enrolling a student in kindergarten is a big step in the life of the student and parents. It is our job to help guide you through completing forms, answering questions or to help with problems that may come up. Read below for important information about registering your child:

 

Please bring the following items to register for Kindergarten

  • All Forms from the packet, if you don't get one call the office
  • Original Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Records


   

Commonly Asked Questions about Kindergarten

Is there a fee for Transportation? No, there is no fee but Transportation is only available to eligible students in our attendence area. If you permitted into Lakeview, transportation is not available. If your student will need transportation, an application can be filled out at registration.
Does my child need to have immunization records in before the first day of school? No, but the office must have them on the first day of school.
What are school hours? School begins at 9:00 and dismisses at 3:38
Is a birth certificate required? Yes it is required, we need to have a photocopy of the original certificate. It must be the one issued by the state with the seal on it, not the souvenir copy from the hospital.
